Claudia Kepler

My name is Claudia and I am currently a red shirt senior at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In high school I played for the Madison Capitols AAA travel team. I also attended all four USA Hockey Player Development Camps from 2009-2012. Playing for the Capitols and attending the Player Development Camps helped me commit to Ohio State University to play college hockey. Due to coaching changes, after three seasons played at OSU, I decided to transfer back home to UW-Madison and play for the Wisconsin Badgers. I started playing hockey at the age of 3. Current Major is Life Sciences and Communications (Social Media and Marketing Emphasis) at UW-Madison.  Also completed full Business Minor at Ohio State University and almost completed Sport Industry Major at OSU before transferring to UW.

I take pride in being a two way player. I like to take care of all areas on the ice. My strengths include my shot, hockey IQ, and passing. I always am looking to improve in all areas  of the game, but currently paying more attention to my skating and angling.
